"Absolutely great ontime service; we needed to be at a party, on time, so booked through Taxicode. Driver on outgoing journey, we couldn't fault, he was polite, helpful, and the car was beautiful. The return journey, by Hawk Express was just a usual taxi journey...less help, less everything, which, considering we'd paid over £20 for a 2ml journey, wasn't what we were expecting. I will use you again, but please use the same driver for each journey, and no Hawk Express..."

"My son made a mistake when another taxi drew up before the correct one did and when he gave his name and said he was going to Birmingham Airport the driver said he was the booked taxi. He wasn't. Fortunately your cab arrived soon afterwards and phoned my son as arranged and then followed the oter cab , pulled him 9ver and transferred my son to the correct car and the driver sorted it all out. Very grateful. "
