"Booked taxi for 6:20 on Sunday 22nd Dec. Taxi turned up the previous Tuesday waking us all up, no apology received. Had to double check that correct time had been booked, diver said he would go back to office and confirm, nothing received so had to check again. On 22nd Dec driver turned up promptly and was very pleasant but on the basis of first of all being charged £27 for a Mercedes, no Mercedes available, no reduction in cost and then turning up on wrong day with no apology, would not use this taxi company again."

"The driver was late, when I called after some time the receptionist said they couldn't find the booking, but then they found it via the website, I guess? After promising to send out a driver now, I waited another 30 minutes, until I cancelled the service, as my doctors appointment was done by then. 5 minutes later the driver arrived. I hope the money I paid earlier will be refunded soon!"

They still hadn’t arrived by 8:30 and when we called they had to cheek to lie and say we cancelled our taxi via text message even though girl on the phone could not confirm how it was possible to do so. Now late to a wedding and would 100% never recommend. "

"I tried to book a taxi and politely asked how long it would take, the receptionist said 'as soon as we can', when I asked her to specify she just simply said goodbye and hung up! I rang back as we needed a taxi soon and I needed to know if 'as soon as we can' meant 10 minutes or half an hour, the receptionist told me to call GPS as she didn't need the 'grief'! I've used this service for a long time and I will never do it again, I'll take her advise and spend my money at GPS! "

"A bad first experience. Rang after 15 mins waiting. My booking had not been marked on the schedule so would send the next available cab. Had to wait a further 30mins until midnight until it arrived. However the driver was very apologetic (although not his fault) and very friendly. Would not book online again."

"Booking #TC108EE8F36 - Going was great. Being picked up on return from Holiday was a COMPLETE DISASTER!!! Nobody turned up at Heathrow and and when I rang, lady at Taxi firm was completely unaware of the booking. To be fair they were very apologetic and paid for my additional expense in getting home by train. However, doesn't get away from the fact that we returned to Heathrow after 14 hour flight only to be welcomed with a No Show! Something wrong with process that needs fixing?"
