"Both the company and driver texted me a day in advance to confirm the pickup time and location. Driver's name and contact were given prior to pickup time and at least I know who to look out for in case changes. Also driver also called and arrived early at pickup location. This gives me a peace of mind when engaging with the company. Good works!"
"going to airport was perfect, coming back we couldn't get a response for pick up, might have been because we got back a bit early than expected, but turned out ok because another driver was there that took us back home, so all ended well"
