"I specifically pre-booked and had confirmed, a vehicle for 5 passengers as we all wanted to travel together. However a 4 passenger saloon vehicle was supplied and another 4 passenger had to be sent a few minutes later for the rest of the group.
Not the level of service I was hoping for on this occasion.
The driver that 3 of us travelled with (BW17 CWI) was very polite and friendly and apologetic - I have no complaints in that respect; just that the vehicles supplied were not as booked or of a similar type/size."
